1. To which places do you ship?
We ship to the entire United States and Puerto Rico.

All orders are shipped on Monday and Tuesday.

2. How much is the shipping cost and the carrier used?
For 6oz cookies:
From 1-6 cookies the shipping cost is $10.93, from 7-12 cookies the shipping cost is $12.00 and from 13 cookies onwards the shipping is FREE (These prices are not fixed and may be subject to change). The carrier used is USPS PRIORITY MAIL which takes 3-4 days to delivery depending on the place and USPS handling. (Usually for the USA it is 3 days and for Puerto Rico it is 4 days, but this is subject to changes that are not in our hands to control). For more information, refer to our store policies:

3. Are the cookies already baked for days before they are shipped?
NO! Each cookie is baked the same day it will be shipped so that a fresh product arrives for your palate to enjoy.

4. What is the cost of the cookies?
Their prices vary depending on the ingredients, fillings, and labor (This price range is not fixed and may be subject to change); For more specific prices please go to the online store:

5. How long does it take to process the order?
Processing time is 1-7 business days.

6. How is the cookie packaging?
The cookies are individually packed and completely sealed with the proper machinery. Once in the box they are secured with padding material.

7. Do you do wholesale?
Yes, contact us by email:

8. Do you have a "Pick-up" or "Delivery" service?
No, we do not do "pick-up" (at the moment) or "delivery" but if you live in the surroundings of Edgerton, WI, you can contact us by email: cookiedreamhousebyyomaris@gmail.com or through the social networks of Instagram, Facebook or TikTok as @cookiedreamhouse to discuss options.

9. I need more information about the ingredients or prices of the cookies:

10. I am allergic… do you have a list of ingredients used in the preparation of the cookies?
We bake all of our cookies and other baked goods on shared equipment that processes wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, peanuts and tree nuts. You can find the allergens for all of our cookies on the product page of each cookie. If you or your recipient have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross contamination,
we are not an allergy-free bakery.

11. How long can cookies stay fresh?
Once the cookies arrive at their destination, they can last fresh for at least 5-7 days, stored under a seal, in a dry and shady place. We are not responsible for cookies damaged by weather, temperature, or USPS handling.

12. How can cookies be cared for?
Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week. If you want to save them for later, we recommend wrapping them individually and keeping them in the freezer until you're in the mood.

TIP: Cut a whole cookie into four pieces before freezing (this is the perfect snack size). When ready to eat, heat your cookies in a 350°F oven for 5-10 minutes or until heated through and voila!

If you have fresh or room temperature cookies you can also heat them in the oven at 350°F or microwave for 5-10 minutes.

13. How big are the cookies?

Our cookies are 6oz each. And they're made by hand in small batches every day, so we can't change sizes or flavors with special requests. Our cookies are great for sharing or can be frozen for future snacks!

14. Do you accept the return?
Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we cannot accept returns. If you encountered a problem with your order, please email

15. Do you refund?

16. Do you have any other problems with your order?

Send us your order confirmation to our email cookiedreamhousebyyomaris@gmail.com and let us know what's going on. We will do our best to make it right.

17. Where is my order?
Upon placing your order, you will immediately receive an email confirmation and you will receive another the day your order leaves our bakery. The shipping confirmation email will include the order tracking number, which you can click for transit updates.
